Duties

• Explain and execute attorney-client contracts.
• Interview clients, witnesses, and insurance adjusters to gather information.
• Collect insurance policies, medical records, and other relevant evidence.
• Conduct legal research and manage case files from start to finish.
• Negotiate and settle cases on behalf of clients when appropriate.
• Record and update case status in the management system.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Experience in personal injury plaintiff or defense preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Texas State Bar license.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Proficient in legal research and case management systems.
