A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Business Immigration Associate for its Florham Park, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in business immigration, including I-9 Compliance and audits by DOL, DHS, and DOJ.

Duties

• Manage nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications, including H1B, L-1, TN, O1, and PERM.
• Ensure compliance with I-9 regulations and handle related audits.
• Provide excellent client service and maintain effective communication.
• Oversee case management and maintain productivity.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced immigration attorneys.

Requirements

• Five or more years of business immigration experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience managing a large client base is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.

Skills

• Advanced writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent client service and communication abilities.
