Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, including commercial, civil, and business litigation.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide detailed legal analysis.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review and production.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies and case management plans.
• Advise clients on legal issues, risks, and litigation strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration when necessary.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive legal services.
• Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas Bar.
• Strong litigation experience, particularly in commercial, civil, or business litigation.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education & Certifications:
