Duties:

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, and correspondence

• Participate in discovery, case analysis, and pre-trial preparation

• Support litigation strategy and assist in case presentation during court proceedings

• Manage case files and communicate with clients professionally and consistently

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to advance complex criminal and personal injury matters

• Engage in continuous learning and development within the legal field

Requirements:

• Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing

• Demonstrated commitment to litigation practice and client advocacy

• Willingness and ability to relocate to Jacksonville, FL

• Strong work ethic, resilience under pressure, and high professional integrity

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Florida Bar admission required

Skills:

• Exceptional legal writing and analytical abilities

• Oral advocacy and courtroom presence preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Self-motivated and capable of handling multiple deadlines

• Experience in moot court or law review is a plus
