Duties:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of zoning, land use, and commercial real estate matters.
• Oversee litigation cases related to zoning and land use challenges.
• Support federal court matters, if applicable.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other filings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide actionable advice regarding zoning and land use laws.
• Assist clients in navigating zoning regulations, land use planning, and real estate development concerns.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in zoning, land use, and litigation.
• Strong writing and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Federal court experience is an advantage.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license required.

Skills:

• Proficient in legal writing with a focus on clarity and precision.
