A prominent law firm based in Los Angeles, CA, is actively seeking a seasoned Pre-Litigation Attorney with significant experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases. Duties:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters during the pre-litigation phase

• Conduct client consultations and maintain consistent communication throughout the case lifecycle

• Oversee the workup of cases with the support of intake assistants, paralegals, medical records, and lien specialists

• Engage in settlement negotiations and strategize optimal outcomes for clients

• Collaborate with firm personnel to ensure smooth case transitions to the litigation team when necessary

• Monitor deadlines, document reviews, and case status updates with attention to detail

• Supervise assigned support staff and contribute to process improvements and team performance

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of overall legal experience with a minimum of 2 years handling personal injury matters (plaintiff or defense)

• Proficient in managing client relations, negotiations, and multi-party communications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple cases

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate within cross-functional teams

• Admission to practice and active good standing with the State Bar of California

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California State Bar membership in good standing

Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Client-centered approach to legal advocacy

• Results-oriented with strong analytical and negotiation capabilities

• Comfortable working in a technology-driven, high-efficiency environment

• Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred
