Location:

• Columbus, OH

Duties:

• Manage and handle litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, and other court filings

• Participate in trial preparation and strategy development

• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations

• Analyze legal documents and provide clear legal guidance to clients

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff on case development

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio or eligible for admission

• Strong legal writing and research skills

• Excellent communication and courtroom presence

• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple assignments efficiently
