Duties

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct depositions of claimants, medical experts, and fact witnesses.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and trials.
• Manage a caseload independently and efficiently, from inception through resolution.
• Engage in consistent communication with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Ensure timely compliance with all procedural deadlines.
• Meet yearly billable hour requirement.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admissions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey; New York admission is a plus.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to high-quality legal work.

Education
