Experience in healthcare or energy litigation is preferred, though not required. Duties:

• Represent clients in various litigation matters, including preparation, strategy development, and case management.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions.
• Participate in discovery, depositions, and courtroom appearances.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop legal strategies.
• Manage a caseload independently while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Proven ability to manage cases from inception to resolution.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Texas State Bar License.
