Duties

• Manage an active litigation caseload independently.

• Draft and respond to pleadings and pre-trial motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Assist in trials and arbitrations.
• Work effectively in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a litigation workload flexibly.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active California Bar License.

Skills

• 2 to 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff-side employment, personal injury, or sexual abuse cases.
• Experience in depositions and motion arguments.
• Knowledge in childhood abuse law, malpractice, insurance, and/or employment law.
