Duties:

• Direct day-to-day operations for a portfolio of pre-litigation personal injury matters

• Oversee a team of legal professionals, including case managers, paralegals, intake personnel, and negotiators

• Supervise case preparation for resolution or transition to the litigation team

• Monitor and advance medical treatment timelines and client communication

• Manage settlement processes and ensure comprehensive case closure documentation

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

• Facilitate collaboration across departments and maintain high standards of legal service delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing law, with at least 3 years handling personal injury matters

• Active license and good standing with the Texas State Bar

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume caseloads and staff

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to procedural detail

• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, insurance representatives, and legal peers

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Texas Bar (required)

Skills:

• Expertise in personal injury law and related medical documentation

• Ability to lead and mentor legal teams

• Fluent and professional communication in client-facing roles

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (preferred)

• Familiarity with personal injury case management software (a plus)
