Location:

Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase

• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel

• Develop and implement case strategies

• Review and analyze medical records and legal documents

• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies

• Provide empathetic, transparent guidance to clients

• Coordinate with a support team including paralegals, intake staff, and records specialists

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in plaintiff-side personal injury

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar

• Proven track record of successful client outcomes in pre-litigation settings

• Professional demeanor and high level of integrity

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Texas Bar license

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and case management skills

• Client-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail in medical and legal documentation

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
