A prominent personal injury law firm is seeking a Case Development Intake Attorney to join its pre-litigation team. This role involves managing approximately 50 cases in the intake and development phase, working closely with a designated case manager. The attorney will handle case investigations, client intake, evidence collection, communication with adjusters, and early-stage case development. This position is ideal for a Texas-licensed attorney looking to build experience in personal injury law, client interaction, and case strategy.

Manage a caseload of approximately 50 pre-litigation personal injury cases
Investigate cases and preserve evidence (e.g., accident reports, property damage photos, scene investigations)
Communicate with clients, witnesses, adjusters, and third parties
Handle property damage claims and assist in medical record development
Secure authorization forms and letters of representation
Conduct criminal and social media investigations on clients and adverse parties
Respond to and document all client communications by end of business day
Participate in after-hours client intake and remote sign-ups (in-person or via electronic signature)
Prepare and submit monthly client status updates and case reviews
Serve as a liaison between case management and adverse adjusters
Ensure ethical and legal compliance in all assigned matters
Support overall client satisfaction and optimize case value
0–3 years of personal injury legal experience
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and in good standing
Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for client sign-ups
Experience in customer service, client-facing roles, or sales is preferred
Previous experience supervising non-attorney staff is a plus
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Active Texas Bar license
Strong initiative and time management skills
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking under pressure
Excellent oral and written communication abilities
Emotional intelligence and professionalism in client-facing roles
Legal research and analysis competency
Ability to motivate, manage, and delegate to support staff
High energy and client service mindset
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required
