The role includes handling the early-stage litigation process, signing new clients, conducting case evaluations, and providing exceptional client service. The position includes a guaranteed commission structure and a generous retention bonus.

Sign up new clients and initiate case development
Conduct legal analysis and evaluate individual case issues
Review demands and participate in early negotiations
Manage intake of new litigation matters and assist in initial case preparation
Collaborate with team members to transition cases into active litigation
Ensure client communications and expectations are met and maintained
Uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism
0–3 years of personal injury experience preferred
Valid Texas driver's license and good driving record required
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, service-oriented attitude
Spanish/English bilingual abilities are a plus
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the State of Texas and in good standing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
Ability to manage client relationships with empathy and professionalism
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Guaranteed commission structure on all attorneys’ fees collected ("Every Case Counts" Plan)
$10,000 first-year retention bonus
