Location:

• Riverside, CA 

Duties:

• Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, including deportation defense and appeals
• Meet with clients to discuss legal matters and provide counsel
• Analyze client issues, evaluate available legal options, and develop strategies for resolution
• Draft legal documents such as correspondence, briefs, motions, pleadings, and affidavits
• Perform legal research to support client cases
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure efficient case management
• Maintain a high level of client interaction and foster strong relationships

Requirements:

• Active membership in the State Bar of California
• Experience in immigration law
• Fluency in Spanish
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Ability to manage multiple cases and clients efficiently

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California
