Duties

• Handle discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests

• Conduct meet and confer efforts in compliance with procedural rules

• Prepare and argue law and motion matters

• Assist in trial preparation and support senior attorneys through trial phases

• Participate in client communications, case strategy discussions, and file management

Requirements

• Prior experience handling discovery and pre-trial procedures

• Familiarity with employment law and/or personal injury litigation

• Ability to manage a litigation caseload effectively under supervision

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• Active member of the California State Bar

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Effective verbal communication and advocacy abilities

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
