Duties

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery responses

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop legal strategies

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of case activities

• Participate in internal meetings and case reviews

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of general liability litigation experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment

• Proven ability to handle matters independently and effectively

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities

• Commitment to producing high-quality legal work

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
