Duties

• Advise clients on M&A transactions and private equity investments.
• Draft and manage transaction documents effectively.
• Engage in direct client contact and relationship development.
• Manage matters with a high degree of independence.

Requirements

• Significant experience in M&A transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate law and market terms.
• Proven ability to manage deals autonomously.
• Business development-oriented mindset.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
