Requirements

• JD and active Florida Bar membership.
• 5+ years of litigation experience, commercial preferred.
• Strong advocacy skills in motions, depositions, and hearings.
• Ability to act independently within a structured system.
• Comfort making fast decisions without hand-holding.
• Natural persuasion and strong communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)
