Manage contentious and non-contentious family matters for a diverse client base.
Handle divorce matters, including complex financial disputes, property division, and spousal support.
Prepare and review marital agreements (prenuptial, postnuptial, and cohabitation agreements).
Represent clients in child custody matters, including paternity and visitation arrangements.
Provide comprehensive advice on all areas of family law.
Contribute to the team's profile by engaging in business development activities, such as writing articles, attending events, and building networks with private wealth contacts and intermediaries.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
3-5 years of experience practicing in a family law group at a law firm.
California Bar membership in good standing.
Ability to work effectively as part of a family law team.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent drafting, writing, research, and communication skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
In-depth analytical ability and intellectual curiosity.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality work.
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California Bar in good standing.
Family law experience, including divorce, child custody, and prenuptial agreements.
