A well-established Southern California-based law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Family Law Litigation Attorney to join its elite family law team. The role focuses on managing high-asset, complex family law matters in a dynamic, high-performance environment. Although this is a remote opportunity, candidates must be available to attend a two-week, in-person onboarding period at the firm's San Diego office.

Duties

• Represent clients in complex family law litigation, including divorce, custody, support, and property matters

• Handle all aspects of case management from initial intake through trial

• Collaborate with in-house forensic CPAs, discovery attorneys, and client services teams

• Develop litigation strategies and manage high-stakes legal disputes

• Maintain regular client communication and ensure top-tier legal service

• Contribute to a collaborative, team-driven work environment

• Participate in ongoing legal education and firm-sponsored events

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in family law litigation

• Proven ability to handle complex and high-asset cases independently

• Strong courtroom presence and litigation acumen

• Availability to travel to the San Diego office for a mandatory onboarding period

• Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client service

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the California State Bar
