Duties

• Independently manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Conduct depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and court appearances.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients regarding case progress.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely case movement and positive outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred).
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple active cases.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey (required).
• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
