• Manage individual cases from start to finish, providing support to other attorneys on complex cases.
• Prepare, review, and edit legal documents such as declarations, motions, and memorandums of points and authorities.
• Assist with case management, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Make court appearances as needed.
• Track and manage billable hours.

Requirements:

• Licensed by the California State Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Family Law (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of legal principles and practices.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
