A well-established and fast-growing personal injury law firm is currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Litigation Attorney to join its team in Atlanta, Georgia. This position is ideal for an attorney with significant litigation experience, including first-chair trial work, who is committed to client advocacy and achieving favorable outcomes through negotiation or trial.

Location:

• Atlanta, Georgia

Duties:

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from inception through resolution or trial

• Conduct client meetings and maintain consistent communication throughout the case

• Evaluate claims and develop case strategy

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

• Prepare for and conduct depositions, mediations, and trials

• Represent clients in court, including serving as lead trial counsel when necessary

• Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel and insurance companies

• Collaborate with support staff and other attorneys to ensure case progression

• Maintain organized and accurate case files

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience

• Proven experience serving as first-chair in trial settings

• Ability to work independently in a professional office environment

• Proactive approach to legal problem-solving

• Strong commitment to client advocacy and ethics

• Team-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar

Skills:

• Excellent negotiation and litigation strategy skills

• Superior verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to evaluate and manage personal injury claims effectively

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Comfortable working in a collaborative, high-volume legal practice
