Duties

• Engage in single-plaintiff, class action, and representative employment litigation.
• Participate in management-side labor law and collective bargaining negotiations.
• Provide employer advice and counseling.
• Ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA and federal OSHA regulations.

Requirements

• 3rd or 4th year associate with experience in employer-side labor and employment law.
• Demonstrated desire to litigate and advocate on behalf of employers.
• Strong leadership ability and sound professional judgment.
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Desire to grow the practice and develop business.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
