Duties

• Assist with all phases of insurance defense litigation

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Conduct legal research and support case strategy development

• Represent clients at depositions, hearings, and mediations under appropriate supervision

• Collaborate with legal team members and maintain client communication

• Ensure timely documentation and billing of all case activity

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in insurance defense litigation

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal setting

• Eagerness to learn, develop skills, and contribute to a team-oriented practice

• Commitment to billing and meeting performance expectations

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
