Duties:

• Handle cases in Qui Tam/False Claims Act, White Collar Litigation, and investigation matters.
• Participate in complex civil and criminal litigation.
• Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and courtroom proceedings.
• Manage internal investigations and advise clients on litigation strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents with a focus on federal and state court procedures.
• Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of accuracy.
• Manage multiple files and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, and clients on case matters.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in complex litigation, specifically in Qui Tam/False Claims Act, White Collar Litigation, and investigations.
• Strong knowledge of the Federal False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Act, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
• Experience with depositions, oral arguments, and courtroom appearances.
• Familiarity with county, state, and federal court rules and procedures.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction (Pennsylvania preferred).
