A well-established law firm is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join its Workers’ Compensation practice in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The role offers both in-office collaboration and part-time remote flexibility after an initial training period.

Location:

• Mt. Laurel, NJ

Duties:

• Evaluate new case files and communicate with clients

• Draft legal memoranda, discovery documents, and motions

• Argue motions and attend pretrial conferences, hearings, and trials

• Research applicable law and prepare for substantive and dispositive motions

• Manage case deadlines and maintain detailed documentation

• Support litigation efforts from inception through resolution or appeal

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in the State of New Jersey (in good standing)

• 1–3 years of New Jersey workers’ compensation defense experience preferred

• Excellent time management, writing, and oral communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-volume setting

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey
