Location:

• Arlington, VA

Duties:

• Manage and litigate a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters

• Represent clients in federal and state courts across the region

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery requests

• Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients

• Participate in court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations

• Collaborate effectively with legal teams to ensure successful case outcomes

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation

• Experience with government contracts is preferred

• Proven ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills

• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admitted to the Virginia Bar (Required)

• Admission to D.C. and Maryland Bars is a plus

Skills:
