Job Title: Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A well-established law firm located in Marlton, NJ, is seeking a full-time Litigation Associate with licensure in both New Jersey and New York. This opportunity, offered through a legal recruiting agency on behalf of the firm, provides hands-on litigation exposure in a collaborative setting. The ideal candidate will manage case files from inception through resolution, participate in court proceedings, and develop strategic legal approaches alongside experienced litigators. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Duties:

• Manage active litigation dockets involving discovery, motion practice, and hearings

• Represent clients during arbitration, mediation, and court appearances

• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and related filings

• Maintain communication with clients and other legal professionals

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and trial preparation

• Participate in internal training and mentorship sessions for professional development

• Handle matters with no billing hour requirements due to a contingency-based model

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in both New Jersey and New York

• Ability to appear in court and manage litigation matters independently

• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated interest in litigation with a readiness to take initiative

• Capability to commute to Marlton, NJ, as needed for court and in-person requirements

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Bar admission in New Jersey (required)

• Bar admission in New York (required)
