Job Overview:
A growing full-service law firm is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Philadelphia office. This role is ideal for an attorney with at least three years of experience in civil litigation who is looking to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of civil matters, participating in all phases of litigation, and representing clients in court.

Location:

• Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Duties:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex issues

• Manage all aspects of discovery, including written discovery and depositions

• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and court appearances

• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and litigation plans

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients

• Support senior attorneys with case development and trial preparation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation

• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

• Strong litigation judgment and attention to detail

• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (New Jersey Bar admission is a plus)

• In good standing with all applicable licensing authorities

Skills:
