Duties:

• Conduct intakes for personal injury, labor law, dog bite, and auto accident cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients throughout case processes.
• Prepare Summons & Verified Complaints, Verified Bills of Particulars, and Combined Replies.
• Draft Notices of Claims, Infant Compromise Orders, and Wrongful Death Compromise Orders.
• Meet with clients and attend court appearances.
• Conduct depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Participate in trial preparation and represent clients in court.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in handling personal injury and negligence cases.
• Proven track record of managing personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle high caseloads while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to the firm's values and protocols.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in case management and legal documentation preparation.
• Ability to manage client relationships and foster trust.
• Experience with depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Trial preparation and courtroom experience.
