Duties

• Manage commercial litigation cases from start to finish.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Oversee all phases of discovery and document production.
• Negotiate contracts for construction projects.
• Interact professionally with clients and opposing counsel.
• Represent the firm in court and during negotiations.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 3+ years of litigation experience in commercial or construction disputes.
• Strong legal writing and case management skills.
• Experience with depositions and discovery management.
• Proficiency in legal technology and eDiscovery platforms.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar preferred
