Duties:

• Communicate with clients, keeping them informed on case developments.
• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions as required.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to refine case strategies.
• Attend court hearings and trials as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on trial preparation.
• Ability to handle depositions, motion practice, and case management.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Licensed to practice law in Alabama.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
