• Maintain organized case files and meet procedural deadlines

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of relevant litigation experience

• Open to candidates with more extensive experience seeking a lateral role

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously

• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a legal team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission or pending admission to the Delaware Bar
