Seeking ERISA Compliance Attorney with 3+ years’ ERISA compliance experience (or 1 year of ERISA compliance experience and an LL.M. in Taxation and/or a Certificate in Employee Benefits Law). The candidate’s responsibilities will include providing advice to benefit plan personnel, trustees and unions on the full range of issues faced by all types of employee benefit plans, drafting and review of plan documents, service provider contracts and participant communications, and representing employee benefit plans and boards of trustees before federal courts and regulatory agencies. Should possess a deep understanding of ERISA, IRC, HIPAA, the ACA and other applicable law, a strong academic background, superior analytic, research and writing skills, and the ability to work well with clients, administrators, other employee benefit plan professionals, and fellow attorneys.
