Duties:

• Manage and oversee consumer debt resolution files

• Conduct frequent client consultations by phone to explain legal options and resolution steps

• Supervise and review legal documents prepared by paralegal staff

• Provide legal support and guidance across all stages of debt negotiation and settlement

• Monitor the progress of individual cases to ensure timely resolution

• Ensure all legal documents meet compliance and internal standards

• Maintain accurate client records and update case files regularly

Requirements:

• Active law license in good standing with the West Virginia State Bar

• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on client service and communication

• Comfortable with a high volume of phone-based client interaction

• Prior experience in consumer debt resolution or collections preferred

• Ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision in a remote setting

• Technological proficiency in using legal software, case management platforms, and general digital tools

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the West Virginia State Bar (required)
