Duties

• Represent clients in business litigation cases, including preparing and presenting cases in court.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft clear, well-organized legal documents and briefs.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on strategy, case management, and trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and objectives, providing clear updates on case status.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials to advocate for client interests.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in business litigation or related legal fields.
• Strong academic background with a demonstrated ability to excel in a rigorous legal environment.
• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and analysis, with excellent attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active admission to the Connecticut State Bar is required.
