Duties

• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on immigration cases.
• Prepare and file petitions and applications for non-immigrant and immigrant visas.
• Stay informed on current immigration legislation and contribute to the practice group's blog.
• Advise clients on I-9 and E-Verify compliance and corporate immigration policies.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in employment-based immigration.
• Experience with non-immigrant visa petitions and immigrant visa processes.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication, writing, and detail-oriented skills.
• Experience in healthcare, higher education, technology, life sciences, or finance preferred.
