Duties

• Prepare pleadings and motions.
• Review title abstracts and loan documents.
• Appear in court for motions, conferences, and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and writing.
• Communicate with clients, outside counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Maryland, including federal district courts.
• Admission in Virginia and the District of Columbia or eligibility to waive in is a plus.
• Positive, respectful, growth-oriented mentality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage a high-volume workload.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Maryland.
