A top-ranked national law firm is seeking a Trademark Associate with fluency in both English and Spanish to join its expanding Trademark & Copyright practice. This position involves sophisticated trademark clearance and prosecution work for a high-profile client base across various industries, including entertainment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex U.S. and international trademark portfolios and will bring excellent legal writing, organizational, and communication skills.

Location:

• Menlo Park, CA

Duties:

• Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios for major clients

• Conduct complex trademark clearance and risk analysis

• Handle domestic and international trademark prosecution

• Communicate with clients regarding trademark strategy, filings, and enforcement

• Draft and review documents in both English and Spanish

• Coordinate with foreign associates on global trademark matters

• Work with clients in the entertainment and media industries, where applicable

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in trademark clearance and prosecution

• Proven ability to manage a high-volume docket independently

• Strong client-service focus and business judgment

• Previous experience working with entertainment or media clients (preferred)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar

Skills:

• Full professional fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English (required)

• Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills

• High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities

• Ability to manage complex projects and multitask under deadlines
