Duties

• Manage complex trust and estate planning and administration.
• Prepare fiduciary tax and accounting, gift, and estate tax returns.
• Handle estate controversies, audits, and complex valuation issues.
• Advise on income tax, transfer tax, and charitable planning.
• Engage in pass-through entity and business succession planning.
• Address Federal tax planning for individuals and entities.
• Participate in transactional matters.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in taxation and estates.
• Significant portable book of business with growth potential.
• New York Bar admission required; additional state admissions are a plus.

Education

• LL.M. in taxation is a plus.

Certifications

• New York Bar admission.

Skills
