Duties

• Manage personal injury litigation cases, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions.
• Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Support trial preparation, including witness and exhibit organization.
• Maintain accurate case files and adhere to court deadlines.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan.
• 1-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication style and collaborative approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed with the State Bar of Michigan.
