Senior Patent Attorney
The candidate must have prosecution experience in chemical, biochemical, and light electrical/mechanical disciplines. Should be able to handle various technologies. Must have 5+ years of patent drafting and prosecution experience, and the necessary skills to work independently on matters in most areas of chemistry, biochemistry, and related fields. A Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering is required as well as a J.D. degree from an accredited law school, membership in good standing with at least one State Bar, and registration with the USPTO. Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and independently prepare patent applications from invention disclosures is required. Will have the opportunity to handle all phases of patent prosecution and to become part of a small but efficient and profitable firm.
