Job Title: Law Clerk/Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A reputable law firm based in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a motivated Law Clerk or newly licensed Attorney to join its Litigation Department. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in personal injury litigation and to be part of a dynamic, growing team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, take on responsibility, and contribute to the firm’s success while honing their legal skills.

Duties:

• Draft and file complaints with the court
• Propound and respond to discovery requests
• Assist in researching, drafting, and reviewing legal documents
• Maintain and organize client records
• Review and process client medical bills and records
• Attend hearings as necessary

Requirements:

• Familiarity with legal research
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Awaiting CA Bar results or currently licensed to practice in California

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (Required)

Certifications:

• Pending or active California Bar License

Skills:

• Legal research experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal
