• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop case strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding legal processes and case status.
• Prepare for hearings, trials, and client meetings by organizing case files.
• Participate in negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain detailed records of case activities and ensure procedural compliance.

Requirements

• License to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
• Strong knowledge of Superior Court, Appellate Division, and Office of Administrative Law procedures.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis.
• Excellent research skills and ability to analyze complex legal issues.
• Exceptional writing skills for drafting clear and persuasive documents.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for client and colleague interaction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
