Duties

• Handle insurance defense litigation under supervision, from case inception to resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Conduct legal research and contribute to litigation strategies

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations

• Maintain client communications and manage case files

• Track billable hours and ensure timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in insurance defense litigation

• Familiarity with high-paced legal environments

• Desire to grow and develop within a team-oriented litigation practice

• Commitment to meeting performance metrics and client expectations

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
