Duties

• Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and other court filings

• Attend and participate in court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and client meetings

• Prepare for hearings and trials, including organizing case files and developing trial plans

• Maintain clear and regular communication with clients regarding case status and legal strategies

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case handling

• Stay updated on legal developments relevant to general liability and civil litigation

Requirements

• 1–4 years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting

• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and resolve complex legal issues

• Eagerness to learn and actively participate in client representation

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school (required)

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania (required)
