Job Overview:
A well-established law firm, located in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will represent employers in various employment-related cases, offering legal counsel, litigation support, and strategic solutions. This role involves defending clients in employment disputes and delivering expert advice on workplace law matters.

Duties:

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad spectrum of employment-related claims, including discrimination charges and agency proceedings.
• Represent clients in court, before administrative bodies, and in mediation and arbitration related to employment disputes such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, non-compete cases, and employment contract issues.
• Advise and counsel employers on various labor and employment regulations and compliance matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with a proven academic record.
• A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for those with an employment law background.
• Active Nevada Bar admission or eligibility to obtain it swiftly.
• In-depth understanding of state and federal employment-related agency procedures and court processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment with great detail and organization.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Nevada State Bar, or the ability to obtain it promptly.

Skills:
