• Duties:

• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings and proceedings.
• Assist with case strategy and litigation planning.
• Make in-person appearances as required.

• Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance defense, bad faith, or fraud-related matters.
• Experience handling discovery, motion practice, and depositions preferred.
• Ability to manage litigation responsibilities effectively.
• Willingness to attend in-person proceedings when necessary.

• Education:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Certifications:
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
